1981 Honda CB

This is a nice and original survivor from the early 80's. It has been very well taken care of and it only has 13,400 miles. It starts right up and runs great with no noises or leaks. It has a brand new battery, sprockets, and chain. I also had the carbs cleaned and tuned. The chrome is all excellent and the original paint is beautiful! Everything works on it like it should. The pictures speak for themselves. The clear coat on orange decals for the side covers and rear have spots where it looks like the clear coat has been weathered(see pics). One of the seams on the seat is beginning to seperate but you can hardly notice. Also, there is some surface rust on the rear coils for the shocks that I didn't bother cleaning up. I have never had this insured but the last owner drove it on nice days and I have cruised it around town and it runs and drives flawless. The rear tire is getting bald so that will need replacing soon but it has never gone low on air. The only other thing worth mentioning is that the last owner had it serviced and was told that the battery is charging at 13 volts. So somewhere done the road it may need a used stator or some cleaning up. It has always fired right everytime is used it. This would be perfect for old bike shows or something up that alley. I have perfect feedback and want to keep it that way. Ask any questions before bidding so you know exactly what you are getting. I will be more than happy to answer any and all questions. I will not ship this item. I also will not be involved in shipping in any way or deal with a transport service. Whoever wins this must pick up locally. The reason for this is that I had a trucking company that showed up at 2 in the morning to pick up an item and am not going to deal with that again. Also, I prefer cash upon pickup. I know it says paypal excepted, but I would rather deal with cash. There is no deposite required and item must be picked up within 7 days from the end of auction.
