Vehicle Detail
I have a nice clean 68 camaro for sale. It has been well cared for during the sixteen years I have had it and Im the second owner. The car has the original 327 engine never rebuilt just overhauled with rebuilt heads it has a little over a hundred thousand miles. It has an Edelbrock carb and intake manifold with stock exhaust manifold with flowmaster muffler. It has a K&N intake, MSD electronic ignition and a new waterpump and hoses and the heater core is new as well. It has the turbo 350 auto transmission rebuilt not to long ago around 25,000 miles ago or three years ago. It has new 3.73 gears, 10 bolt posi new axels and seals. Front seats upholstered a couple years ago, back seats stock with two seams seperating at the top of the cushion in the area exposed to the sun. Gauges work except the gas only reads half full when full, it needs a new sensor and the filler neck just started leaking when you pump gas. Carpet is about three years old but when heater core went out it leaked inside....so I bought a new one but have yet to install it comes with the sale. Also a new headliner still in the box yet to intall, no headliner in car now ! Dash has no cracks and heater works great and also the stock radio but not in the car. Grant steering wheel but also have the stocker. Ebrake has new cable and upgraded the front drums to power disc brakes 10 " from stainless steel company, up front only. Rebulit the front end with polyurathane bushings and short springs originally too stiff !!! Whent back to rubber bushings with 2" drop spindles and stock sized springs Sweet!!!! Needs new shocks I used the old ones. Radiator works good had one small leek and it was repaired. Chrome goodies on engine look OK. Engine compartment very clean car is always parked indoors. Body is in good shape small dings in a couple places not bad at all and a few chips. Was painted about 12yrs ago could use a new fresh coat. We also at that time had a new vinyl top put on and since a few small rust bubbles have begun forming along top side pillars not bad yet but will need atttention !!! Also rear window seal leeks, when you wash the car you notice it on the inside. All four wheel are steel painted black with the chrome moon hub caps straight no dings and tire are in good shape descent tread left and the fronts are 70/15 and rear 50/15. Car drives straight and stops good, gets descent millage when driven nice and sucks it up if asked. Have had the car for sixteen years have receipts and records since car was bought and even some from the original owner. I have a lot of stock stuff, engine components, steering wheel, radio, glove box and owners manual. Extra cowl hood as well and the short stiff front springs. Great deal on a sweet ride.
