Engine & Transmission rebuilt with only 45,000 mi. on them car has 131,000mi You cannot buy this car WITHOUT all the extras for what my reserve is. Bid to win, too many toys this ones got to go! This isn't a car that just has a couple things added for looks its got all the ground work done for a racer, currently is as far as it should be for a dependable daily driver, looks awesome handles better, the car has about 131,000 mi. the engine & tranny have about 45,000 mi., I took this in on trade, it had some problems, but $800 later all is fixed & running flawless, for the last year I've been driving it. The guy I traded with, stated the transmission & lower end of the motor was already built up to handle a turbo, that was his next step, it currently has kevlar clutches in the tranny & a relief set-up for the exhaust for the turbo so it would be pretty much bulletproof for around with the addition of the turbo & different (stronger), head gaskets. Lots of $ was spent over time, the suspension hugs the road easily in the corners @ high speeds, tires DO NOT rub in the corners, full skunk exhaust, paint is a black pearl, which is the original factory paint & is 12 yrs old, & looks great for its age no rust or clear coat missing, shifts smooth, no known mechanical issues at all seriously great car, drive it anywhere. The transmission IS an automatic but it is the steptronic style which allows you to slide the shifter over to the Left & makes it a manual shift & I'll tell you in this mode this car comes alive especially when it hits VTEC, but you also have the option to leave it in auto mode for when you are in town if you don't want to keep shifting back & forth, in my opinion its the best of both worlds. It does not have a stereo in it although is wired for a high end one, high end speakers are in the dash & doors still as well as all the major wiring harness to make your installation a breeze. I had this car completely gone through when I got this car the oil light & air bag light ARE on the Airbags are NOT hooked up, (the drivers side is removed for the aftermarket steering wheel) this is why that light is on, the oil pressure sending unit etc.. all check out fine, the previous owner stated when he removed the stereo this light came on & was not on before that so he thought it might be a ground wire or something, but when my mechanic hooked it up to the computer he has no reason the light should be on, I have personally drove it for almost a year with no problems oil is always good level etc.. The only rust on the entire car is a little on each side of the trunk lid where the spoiler bolts on, (this is shown in a couple pics & in 2-of the videos I will require you to sign a statement that explains I did make you aware the air bags were not hooked up upon your purchasing the car & I did make you aware of this just so no one can say I didn't tell them, most import racers pull them anyway. $500 deposit required within 24hrs of agreed price. As with any used vehicle this is being sold as-is/where-is with NO warranties expressed OR implied. This car is driven daily it currently has 130,080 miles on it but may have some more on it, (that's why I listed 131,000mi), but will be nothing dramatically over the 131,000 mile mark. It may also be a little dirty from normal driving, but if we agree on a price at that point it will be parked so as to NOT get into any accidental issues or wrecks from my end, in other words if we agree on a price, I will treat it as its already gone, but will keep it in the garage for you, (its climate controlled which is how this car has spent its life) this car has also always been parked in the winter, so no salt exposure, which is why it does not have the normal rust issues these cars from this year usually suffer, well that & all the wax coats its had!
