1965 Mercury Comet Caliente. This is a factory original car purchased new by my Grandmother. I received the car from her estate after her death. It has not been modified in any form. It has factory Air Conditioning, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Brand new radial tires, 289 V8 with an automatic transmission. All trim is intact and in excellent condition. The car came from the factory with a white vinyl top that was cracked and we removed. It needs a new vinyl top, headliner and the paint is faded and needs redone. Other than that this car is ready to drive. My grandmother lived in Arizona, so there is no surface rust on the body. It has 66,594 original miles. The car would make a cross country trip today. I will accept a Cashiers Check, Money Order or Personal check as long as there is sufficient time to clear the bank before I relinquish the car and title. Payment must be received within 7 days of auction closing.
