1964 Galaxie 500 390 three speed on the column. Was originally a 352 car. Engine was gone through in 2002 before it was parked. Has been in covered storage building since 2002. Ran last in 2002 then 2004. I have owned the car since 1997. Reason it has been sitting so long is because I have been bussy playing army and living out of state. Body is in good condition and has $1,200 new upper and lower quarter panels. Small rust spot on driver side door and slight ding in passenger fender. Interior is great with newer headliner, new carpet, new dash and nice original seats. Glass is 100%. There are a couple spots in the trunk that can be cut out and replaced. As for the underneath, the floor pans are awsome and still have the original undercoating. The car sat for about 11 years before I inherited it. So, there are three spots on the frame that need to be fixed. I had a metal worker make new pieces for the spots, which are included. Plan was to have the old cut out and replace with the new pieces. All in all the car is in good original condition. Would not take much to fix up. I am including $500.00 worth of new parts. New front to rear pre bent brake and fuel lines, all four wheel cylinders, flex hoses, tie rod ends and a couple other misc. parts. The only reason I'm getting rid of the car is because MOPAR runs through my vains, I just don't have the heart to restore this car. I'm willing to give it up to a Ford lover to enjoy. Also, I have the green light from the wife to buy whatever Mopar I want, if I get rid of the Galaxie. I would love to get rid of this car by winter, I'm EXTREMELY MOTIVATED TO SELL IT!!!!!!!!!
