This car is the cream of the crop and the nicest P71 on eBay right now. After being stripped down, it was repainted in the the original black color at the same time as welding in patches for the holes in the roof and trunk. No plugs here! I've also added 2005 Mustang GT wheels and tires which still have tons of tread left. The wheels and tires have transformed the car and made it much more quiet and refined compared to the original Goodyears. They also look great on the car and differentiate it from all the police cars and taxis out there. I has a new registration, good until May 2011 and passes smog with ease. The interior is remarkably clean. The driver's seat offers outstanding support and an adjustable bolster to suit any driver and they are all-day comfortable. I've installed a factory CD player, alarm with keyless entry and two sets of keys, steam cleaned the floor and seats, and will include a very handy center console. The A/C is very cold and the heater kicks in right away on cold mornings. There are a bunch of interior lights for every situation that come in handy all the time. It has the outstanding standard 4.6L Modular V8, optional 3.55:1 rear end with limited-slip differential and a freshly rebuilt 4L60E that give it excellent pick-up as well as 20mpg on a typical tank of gas and 25mpg on the highway. The 2004 Crown Victoria also features a Watt's linkage in the rear for extremely positive handling. The car spent its first 76K miles with the Florida Highway Patrol and now has 103,xxx miles. When I got the car it was obvious it had been maintained very well and I've taken extremely good care of the car. I take care of all issues as soon as they come up and change the oil with synthetic fluid every 5,000 miles. I recently replaced the battery, spark plugs and starter. The windshield was replaced about a year ago. As mentioned, the transmission was recently rebuilt by a Ford Factory Dealership Technician. The car is in amazing condition, but not perfect. There are some small dings on the sides, a small amount of curb rash on one of the wheels and two dents at the bottom of the front quarter panels from towing the car home from the paint shop.
