1998 Suzuki LS650 Savage

For sale is this 1998 Suzuki Savage Custom with 684 actual miles. The reserve is set at $1860. I purchased this bike new with 2 miles on the odometer as a slighly damaged unit. It was damaged inside the dealership, not in a road accident. I purchased the bike for the start of my next custom bike build. It was first taken down to the bare frame and powder coated a deep glossy black. The House of Color Sunset Pearl paint was sprayed by Phil Cox and the Celtic themed graphics are by Greg Cox. Over a $1000 was spent on paint and powder coat. The lower fork legs and triple trees were professionally polished. The one off custom foot pegs were fabricated from bronze billet. There are too many small features to list. My wife has decided that she would rather just ride on my bike so this Suzuki needs to be ridden and enjoyed by someone else. These bikes now sell new for just under $5000 and have remained pretty much unchanged since the start of production. There is a small scuff on the seat and a spot of garage rash on the right rear turn signal that can be seen in the pictures. The bike is also for sale locally so I reserve the right to withdraw the auction at any time. I can assist with pickup if arrangments are made, but I will be unable to deliver because I'm having surgery this week. You can be confident to ride this bike anywhere.
