This car is stunning. It took me nearly a year to find a Z3 Coupe in this interior / exterior combination. The exterior is perfect. The only modification are new Angel Eyes Halo headlights which were installed professionally. I have the originals, which had gotten cloudy through normal usage. These are crystal clear and give the car a clean and fresh look. What really sets this car apart is the interior. The seats are a beautiful stitched butterscotch/tan leather. The steering wheel and dashboard are also stitched leather and offer a two tone black and tan. The dash has a brushed aluminum center console, and aluminum accents on the doors. The stick shift is a stainless steel knob with leather skirt. This is a rare and beautiful car and it gets more looks than anything else I have ever driven in. Alas, my family is getting bigger and it is no longer practical. I am the 2nd owner having purchased this car in 2003. It has low miles and was used almost solely as a weekend getaway vehicle. Power is 231 hp (170 kW) at 5,900 rpm while torque is 221 ft•lbf (300 Nm) at 3,500 rpm. It is an all-alloy engine with Al-Sil block. It uses SFI fuel injection, has 4 valves per cylinder with Double VANOS (variable valve timing) and features fracture-split forged steel connecting rods, a one-piece forged crankshaft, and reinforced intake manifold. The M54B30 was on the Ward's 10 Best Engines list through 2001-2003.
