1965 fastback. Excellent project mustang. Needs restoration. Needs floors pans and trunk floor and trunk floor drop work. Frame rails on this mustang are very good for age. Needs lower quarter and door work. Included in the sale is a 1965 dated 289 block that has been completely rebuilt. The 289 heads have also been rebuilt. 4 barrel intake and four barrel carb. both need gone thru. NEW lifters, pushrods, timing chain and gears. The parts will needs cleaned up but are new and unused. Block will need cleaned up also due to sitting but is all new rebuilt a few years ago. One four speed toploader dated 1967, still retains buck tag and decodes as 67 mustang. Consider the toploader to be good needing a new clutch and pressure plate . The shifter is a hurst 4 speed. Nine inch rear end you add your own brakes. Body is a good and solid and the front fenders are Original Ford as well as doors hood and decklid. Decklid needs work at lock. Hood is good and needs little. The front frame rails and shock towers are very nice needing little.The tops of the aprons are very nice. . Light work needed at battery tray area. Front disc brakes with old rotors and also a set of new front discs..The cowl upon inspection looks good also. Missing back , side glass and front seats. All wiring looks to be very intact.
