Vehicle Detail

You are bidding on one of the nicest Camaro's you will ever see!...It is a 2000 SS convertible with so many extras I will probably forget some. I will do my best to list everything as accurately and honestly as possible: BODY: The car has a beautiful two-tone custom paint job, black on bottom, silver on top with a black convertible top. There is a hand painted red pinstipe seperating the two colors. The paint was done about six years ago and is still stunning. There are a few minor nicks here and there just from being driven, but believe me, you will be the only one to notice them. In the past five years I have driven the car only 2,000 miles! Never in rain or even a chance of rain. Always stored in a dry, climate controlled environment. I have entered the car in many local shows and have won a trophy every time. The car has a Xenon body kit, Halo projector headlights and TYC Euro tail lights. Also has a red neon underglow light kit, billet aluminum front grille and RK Sport custom tonneau cover with carbon fiber inserts. ENGINE/CHASSIS: The engine is an LS-1 5.7 liter V-8, 345 HP with SLP air induction, K&N filter and smooth bellows. The engine runs as good as new. Very strong, very dependable. Every spring it has had a fresh oil change with Mobil-1 synthetic. The transmission is a 6-speed manual, shifts perfectly no issues at all. The car is very fast and has no mechanical problems. The exhaust is a Flowmaster American Thunder cat-back system and sounds amazing! SUSPENSION: Car is equipped with an Air-Ride Technologies suspension which has an air bag at all four corners. There is an on-board air compressor and chrome air tank that supply the air. There are two switches mounted in the dash which control the height of the ride. One switch for the front, one for the rear. The car will sit right down on the frame...Very cool!!! It's also very handy to be able to raise the car pulling in or out of driveways or parking lots. INTERIOR: The interior trim is painted silver to match the exterior. It has a Kenwood Excelon in-dash DVD player with 6.5" touch screen, the rear seats have been removed to make room for a custom fiberglass enclosure that houses two 10 inch Soundstream subs, chrome air tank and an X-box, which has wireless controllers. The seats are Tenzo-R racing seats and has a Momo steering wheel with carbon fiber inserts and has a billet shift knob with custom boot. In the trunk there is another custom enclosure with two 12 inch subs along with two 7" Icon video screens to watch movies or play x-box. There is one 1200 watt soundstream amp and one 960 watt soundstream amp to power the subs. The car has the factory alarm system and also an aftermarket alarm with motion sensor for when the top is down and someone reaches into the car. Also, the convertible top can be raised and lowered by remote and the suspension can also be lowered by remote. WHEELS & TIRES: This camaro rides on a set of 19X8 Foose Speedster wheels with 245/35/R19 Kumho Ecsta tires, which are in great shape. Also has drilled and slotted brake rotors with red painted calipers. Brakes stop on a dime and the car handles and corners great. OVERVIEW: This car is an absolute head turner and will make you the envy of everyone you know(or don't know). Tons of attention and thumbs up while cruising in this ride. The sound of this car cruising down the road is awesome. Tons of fun to drive. A couple things to mention, first the fuel gauge has mysteriously stopped working, which i'm sure is a minor issue, probably just a ground. The A/C may need a charge, I never use it because I always have the top down. Also, the front door speakers should be upgraded as I believe they are original and cant handle the power of the audio system, I just turn them off in the sound controls. The car has two batteries, the one under the hood is an orbital O6, which is Exide's version of the optima red top that handles starting the car, there is another battery under the custom enclosure behind the seats, which is a brand new Optima yellow top that handles the audio and video equipment. This car is a one of a kind custom that you will be proud to own. I have not seen another quite like this one. I have owned more muscle cars and custom cruisers than I can count and I must say that this one is at the top of the list. Please do remember that this is a used car and as gorgeous as it looks, it is not perfect. There are a couple spots low on the ground effects that have minor touch ups, but not even noticable, also maybe a smudge or mark here or there on the paint. I have not really had the time lately to give it a full detailing, so it will need one. I have done my best to describe this vehicle, I guarantee you will not be disappointed when you see this car. The pictures don't even come close to doing the car justice. I will help with shipping any way I can, Please feel free to come inspect the car if you are in the area. I reserve the right to end this auction at any time. Also, I do still owe a very small amount on the car, so as soon as the car sells, I will get the lien release to go to the new owner with the title. Please Please Please ask as many questions as you like. I have bought many cars online without seeing them in person and know it can be nerve racking, but rest assured, I have been an E-bay member for 10 years and have never had a negative comment or feedback. If you would rather call me my number is 585-797-5454. Call anytime. The car has no warranty of any kind, the winning bidder is to send a non-refundable deposit of $500 within 2 days of the end of the auction. The balance to be paid in cash or certified check upon picking up the car or before having the shipping company pick it up. The car needs to picked up and paid in full within 7 days unless other arrangements are made with me previously. I am not desperate or in a hurry to sell this car, and I am actually having second thoughts at this point...lol...The only reason i'm selling is to buy a 69 camaro. I have had this car for 5 years and am ready for a new toy. If anyone has a really nice 69 camaro, or maybe even 67 or 68 that you may be interested in trading or partial trading, please let me know....I am open to other trades, but must be GM muscle car, no bikes or foreign stuff please...Thanks!!! Good luck!!! Just a quick note. I noticed some spider webbing in the paint on the very bottom of the front plastic ground effects. Nothing you can even see unless you kneel down to look, but I want to make sure I'm as honest as possible and there is nothing the new owner will not be aware of. . .That being said, this car will blow you away in person. I've been trying to take more pics to show the paint better, but no luck. So much nicer in person. Video of the car: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-gA_cJnxg0 Also, just want to say that the clicking noise you hear on the youtube video is my junky camera, not the car! The car runs and sounds perfect. Car is appraised for $32,000
