We recently opened the old barn after Dad passed 8 months ago. We knew this old Woodie wagon was in there having seen it when it was pulled in but not knowing what we'd find since so many years had passed. We have the clear title but not alot of information or knowledge, so we'll do our best to describe and trust that those who would want this kind of rare vehicle will know what to ask us to get the information they need. Thank you for looking and please ask your questions before bidding. NOTE: We plan to run this auction to the end. We have not advertised or posted this vehicle for sale anywhere but here on ebay. It has the original 239 V8 Flathead engine which doesn't run. It is a 4 door wagon and the missing pieces seem to be there in the back. The body metal seems to be good and solid. A good replacement for the dented left rear fender goes with the car. Wood needs some replacement. Frame seems to be solid, the barn floor was concrete. Floor pan appears to be in solid condition. As the photos show, there is rust underneath the sill plates. We will require a non-refundable $1500.00 down at auction close via paypal and cash for the balance at pick up. On Aug-09-10 at 05:06:31 PDT, seller added the following information: NEW NOTES: We've added additional photos of the parts and pieces that go with the Woodie. The third seat is missing. We don't know enough to tell you that it is "all" there. Dad kept the screws, so we're thinking he kept everything that he got with the car. Photos show it all, so what you see is what you get, no guarantees about "everything" being there. Also please note that the exterior insets to door panels that appear to have a reddish stain are replacements that he made for those areas.
