Vehicle Detail

Rare 1966 Plymouth Belvedere II Convertible with factory air conditioning. Plymouth made only 2500 (total) Belvedere II convertibles in 1966 and this is 1 of 850 with the 318 Poly/727 Torqueflite transmission. How many of those 850 had factory A/C, P/S, P/Top? This car is in great shape, restored a few years ago and still looking great. Convertible top approximately 3 years old, paint & body-work done in 2003. Car has the new pro-touring look thanks to the new 17" Coy's Wheels. Many new parts in the past 2 months: -Rebuilt transmission, deep sump pan -New battery & hold-down -New windshield washer tank -New trunk liner -New spare tire & rim -New Parade boot -New 1 1/4" performance front sway-bar -New 1" performance rear sway-bar -Rebuilt Carb -Tune-up, fuel filter, air filter & fully serviced -New Cerwin Vega speakers in doors -New Fuel Pump -New Fuel Sending Unit -New radiator cap -New seat-belts front & rear -New Antenna -Pertronix electronic ignition (Ignitor III) -New armrest bases The Polysphere (semi-hemi) 318 runs great, no smoke. The engine was rebuilt in 2003, but we do not have any receipts. This car drives perfectly, just taken on the Hot Rod Power Tour (850 miles) with no problems. The air conditioning is being converted to R134A right now and will be blowing cold by end of sale. The brakes are perfect and the car stops straight, handles great with the new sway-bars. I am selling the car so that I can finish my other 2 projects, reluctant sale for sure. This car would be awesome with a new 6.1 Hemi and I can do this conversion for the new owner. Certicard info: H4R WWI T5 SA 0512 No fire sale here, Reserve is set above 10K and below 20K. It is a very nice car, just needing a deserving home. Will consider trade for a classic Austin/Morris Mini Cooper, or an old Cadillac Deville - Eldorado (1953, 1954, 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966).
