IT DOES HAVE SNOW TIRES ON IT SO THEY ARE A LITTLE NOISEY. THE TRUCK IS CLEAN AND HAS NO RUST OR DENTS JUST SOME MINOR DINGS & SCRATCHES BUT LOOKS GREAT.
