1965 Ford Thunderbird exterior color is the original color - Rangoon Red. The interior is black vinyl that’s in near perfect condition. The car has a tonneau cover that makes the car into a two seater. The convertible top is near new with very little signs of wear...no rips or tears and it goes up and down automatically with no problems!!! Everything on the car works. This car is a daily driver!!!! Sense I’ve owned the car, I've had the front end rebuilt, transmission mount and left and right motor mounts have all been replaced, along with the carbonator, new fuel pump, filters installed, full tune up and oil and filter change about 2,000 miles ago. Most of the hoses have been replaced and coolant was flushed. The valve cover gaskets were replaced and covers painted with the correct Ford gold. The car has been driven around all summer to classic car shows and is a real head turner. It has an updated electronic ignition. In my personal opinion this car can be driven across country without a problem. It runs and sounds near perfect. I only reason I’m selling it because I just purchased a 1965 Chevy Impala and need to free up some room at my garage for my new car. Feel free to ask questions before you bid. Engine and all mechanical parts 10 out of 10. Exterior paint is clean and in good condition but not showroom quality 7-10. (Orange Peel when looking at up close) Interior is about an 8 out of 10. Seats and all interior parts are wonderful with the exception of the door panels. They are in good shape but cracked where you pull the door to shut it. Very easy and cheap fix. Top is near new condition the plastic window shows no signs of wear. This car has been garaged in a climate controlled area at my limousine company for the past 2 years and hasn't seen rain sense I purchased it 2 years ago.
