1946/47 Chevy COE I have the clear matching title! That's something you don't often see! -Its actually an early model 1947, but they are exactly the same as the '46 Chevy COE. I have the clear matching title in my name. -The body is rough and it has rust holes, but it's all there. I just bought the new fiberglass grille (the original was stolen). -It has 14' of flat frame behind the cab which would make a great 18' dove tail hauling bed! -I hauled it home on a 16' trailer -The owner before me installed a new 235 crate engine back in 2000. It only has about 2-3,000 miles on it. The gray paint is still on the engine. -The truck was running about 2 years ago, but someone stole the distributor, starter, voltage regulator and battery (along with the grille). -I have since found a distributor and starter, but haven't got a voltage regulator or 6 volt battery. -The engine has good compression and the oil is clean. -The radiator was full of clean antifreeze. -I'm sure with very little work the engine will run fine again. -The tires (all 6) were bought new when the engine was installed. -It has the two speed rear end. -It had the grain bed on it, and the two hydraulic cylinders are still mounted with the PTO driven pump. The cylinders look to be in good shape. -The interior (what there is to it) is complete except no seat bottom. -The winshield is cracked up. No windshield crank. Needs side glass also (cracked). -The truck needs to be fully restored, but could be something when done. IT WOULD MAKE A NICE RAT ROD HAULER! The winning bid buys this COE.
