Vehicle Detail

1984 Chevy Camaro with the Iron Duke engine ~ 2.5 liter, 4 cylinder, 4 speed manual trans. Purchased about three years ago, and was only driven by me for about 6 months. I was planning on restoring the entire car, but time and money was not on my side. Car runs but could definately use a tune-up and an adjustment to the carburetor. The true milage is unknown, but the closest guess is about 175,000, the title says 172,000, probobly accurate, but I know the gauge cluster has been changed atleast 3 times. The original color of the vehicle is baby blue, but it is primered black, and not very well at that. There is a dent right behind the passenger door also, but it looks like it would be very easy to pop back out.The panel is not creased and should smooth out fine. As far as I know the vehicle has never been in an accident. The engine and transmission are both original, and as far as I can tell, they are both strong. Slight oil leak from the oil pan, but no coolant in the oil and vice versa. I didn't drive it very long, but the car never left me stranded or had an mechanical issues. Car has been run about once a month to keep the cob webs out. The clutch grabs nice still, but I have no idea how long or for how many miles it has been in the vehicle. The rear brake adjusters and transmission mount were replaced right after I bought the vehicle. The rims are original kragers but have some pitting on them, and i dont know if they can be cleaned up, just one of the joys of living at the shore. The car is missing the door keys, but has an ignition key because the ignition cylinder had to be replaced. The driver side door handle broke about 2 weeks ago but it is not the mechanism inside the door, as the interior handle works fine. Also the car needs a battery, but starts right up with a new one. The interior of the car is in good condition for the year. Both front seats have some tearing (see pictures). The face of the back seats has no rips, but there is a tear on the top portion of them. The door panels are in great shape, and the carpet has normal wear for a car of this age. The gauges are a bit strange at times. The speedometer works great, but the other gauges cannot be trusted. They work randomly. I'm pretty sure it is a wiring problem but I did not look into it too much. I will not be relisting this car, last week on Ebay. Any questions or concerns, please contact me. I am located in New Jersey.
