Up for no reserve auction is my 69 Caddie. My wife says get rid of it and thats what I am doing. Took this car on trade several months ago, with the idea of fixing it up a little. I am not a dealer, but a very nice man from Chicago through this car in on the purchase of my boat to sweeten the deal.. He owned it for twenty years, and the owner before him bought it back in the 70s. It starts up and sounds great, drives down the road fine. I never insured it so didn't really test it out to much. There is a pile of receipts in the glove box, lots of money was put in this car. Trany, Engine, All springs and tons of other stuff was replaced or rebuilt on this car over the years. Engine runs very smooth with no smoke at all. Top goes up and down on its own. It is not a show car, has several dings here and there, and has a crease in the drivers quarter panel. The gold paint is fair to good, but some doesn't seem to be a perfect color match. I just want to see it go to a good home. Please call or email with any questions. Negatives: starter drags a bit, right rear window doesn't go down. Drivers door lock is not hooked up. Please understand this car has been sitting in a warehouse for near twenty years with the occasional drive down the road. Someone help me get this out of my garage, No reserve.....
