This car has a strong engine and has very minor blemishes in the appearance (I'm working on a few of them now). The front bumper has a spot where the paint has been rubbed off (repainted), the corners of the hood have blemishes where it rubbed when the hood was fully up, etc,. The top material is in okay shape with a small tear in the rear window (I only drive it as a convertible, so it's not an issue with me). I do not have a hard top. The top has to be lowered and raised manually (takes about 5 minutes), as the automatic function does not work. Has 600SL and V12 emblems (it is really a 500SL and V-8). The cruise control does not work (estimated at $200 to fix), and the power locks only work from the passenger side and the rear (don't know why). I have only one key (never got around to getting another - hope I don't lose it). Tires have less than 5K miles. Major tune-up just performed ($1,500), as well as new tie-rods on front end. It looks good, and is definitely a fun, solid car to drive. Has a clean CarFax report. Price was $10,000, so the listed price is firm (don't communicate if this price won't work for you).
