This is a 1953 Packard Chipper. As is. It was my fathers but he never got around to restoring it. He passed away and I am selling it. All four hub caps are in the trunk, All windows are solid and not a crack that I can see. My father said the motor was not locked up. But we dont have a key to this car anymore.
