I had a Carfax report run on the car, and the results showed that it was in a minor rear end collision in 2004. The bumper bracket and skin were replaced by a reputable body shop using Lexus parts. The paint was matched seamlessly, and you cannot tell that it was in an accident from the outside or from underneath the car. The Carfax also shows that all major and minor maintenance was performed at a Lexus dealership, and the report is available to the buyer upon pickup.
