Vehicle Detail

I have moved to a small town with one street, so I am selling off a couple cars from my collection.....You are looking at A 1978 Chevy Z-28 Camaro that has undergone a frame off restoration. Let me start with the paint and body...It is laser straight and has the best quality paint job I have ever seen (I have owned Lambo's, Ferrari's, Lotus's etc...None were even close to this one). As you can see in the photos, the reflections of the surrounding mountains almost look like photographic images in the paint! The accompanying ghost flames are perfect as well. There is barely a nick or scratch anywhere on the car, it is show quality all around, pictures could never show the depth of the finish. There is ZERO rust ANYWHERE on car. The interior has been 95% completed, with custom upholstery on the front seats and stock in the rear. Carpet is good except for a small area on the drivers side where your left foot rests during the "oh crap" phase of launching this monster. Door panels are new as are the armrests (not installed, but included). Has a great component stereo system installed as well. Autometer gauges, oversized tach with shift light etc. Glass is all in good shape too. The heart of this beast is a B&M supercharged 327 with 202 camel hump heads from a 1967 corvette, oversized oil pan, comp cam, all steel braided fuel lines, holley 850 double pumper with electric choke, holley red fuel pump, trunk mounted fuel cell, NOS 50-200 with all stainless plumbing and bottle in trunk, hooker headers with 3" flowmaster exhaust with dump outs and removable racing blocks. Built turbo 350 tranny with reverse shift pattern and a tranny lock. The rear end has a safety loop, full spool, C clip eliminators, 410 gears, subframe connecters, adjustable drag shocks on both front and rear. Weld wheels with new tires all around..... This is an 11 second car (WITHOUT nitrous :-) that is completely street legal! This car was built right with $10,000 spent on paint and $20,000 on the drivetrain. The car smokes slightly on start up, I assume a leaky valve guide on the drivers side, but I have not investigated it totally. Car can be driven as is, just want to be clear that it is present. This is a NO RESERVE auction. PLEASE do not bid if you cannot complete the deal.
