I am selling my 1983 Chevy C-10 with original 70,000 miles. This truck will be sold to the highest bidder. i have clean clear title in hand. It will be sold as is. This is a clean Custom Chevy 1983 pick-up C10 350ci.,headers.,Edelbrock intake and carb, turbo 350 tranny. This truck is very fast. It has a Lund Visor it is a head turner.....custom steering wheel, custom paint on a rust free body. A real nice clean drive. All that is wrong with the truck is that the horn does not work. Thanks Bernie I would also like to add that I put about $500.00 under the hood with really nice custom valve covers with a matching air cleaner. Also put new billet aluminum alternator bracket. The engine is pretty clean. I purchased new battery tray and over flow radiator bucket. These items were purchased from Brothers Trucks. I also put a new heater motor in. I have receipts for theses items. I went under the truck and started to preserve the under carriage with Por-15 glossy black. I would say I got about 70 % done. Came out pretty nice. I did not come across any rust or rot issues. I bought this truck to lower it and make it into a hot rod. It really is a nice and sharp running truck. I would not say it is perfect but it is real nice and clean for almost being 30 years old. With the mileage being only 70 thousand I feel that is worth something. I bought this truck for $5,000 and put some time and money into it to upgrade it. It also has new starter with heat wrap around it so header pipes do not mess with the starter. The small block chevy's do this. The alternator and battery are also new. Like I said I have receipts and you can see for yourself how new the parts are, Any questions send me a message. I have the title and she is ready to go. Today is Friday 07/09/10 and I just wanted to note that the transmission pan is leaking. It needs a new pan gasket. I know this is not a big deal but I want to be honest. I would fix it myself but back problems and I can not get under it. Truck is no longer registered or insured. I will sell asap. I am willing to take off a couple of dollars or I can by the gasket,filter and fluid. Truck runs and shifts good. I just want to be up front. I no what it is liked to get burned buying something.
