Here we have a real nice 1963 Lincoln in drivers condition. I purchased the car from the second owner. The second owner knew the original owner who had purchased this car November 6 1963 I have original books and paper items that have been with the car since new. The original owners name plate is still on the glove box door. In fact I found the death cert papers under the seats. I purchased the car believing it has 23400 miles. It is registered in NYS as the miles stated but I have no way to guarentee this to absolutly be true The car did sit for many years. Even though the pictures look real nice this is a driver at this time A great car to enjoy..go to local shows with and have lots of fun It sure get the attention!!! Much work has been done to this and I have bills to prove what I say to be true Radiator flushed and repaired by second owner. Hoses replaced Gas tank serviced by second owner. I had all the rubber fuel lines replaced in June Brake lines replaced Entire front end redone including alignment June New fuel pump June New plug wires New Carpet kit Cap/Rotor Fan Belts $3300 worth of work Bills will go with the car The hood was replaced by one I was able to get from California New headlines installed in February with center light cover New Battery and wires Outside door handles replaced with better chrome units Back molding plates replaced Under Hood Insulation Totally Serviced and ready to enjoy Original front floor mats Carpets front and rear good Im sure Iam missing others/ small pieces that were replaced but all the original items are in the trunk including two original covers that were in the trunk when purchased. The caps on were a preference of mine including the rear lower rocka moldings from a 64..again my preference The car while can go to shows as is I feel it will need a professional paint job and some lower body work cleaned up but this car had very little rust if any. But this is how I see it and I am very picky.The power windows all work but not the drivers back..a new motor...clean motor switch?? I havent had the time but have replacement switches.The doors need new rubber weather strip. The passenger back door while works just fine has a seperated upper bracket. I purchased a replacement door with good working motor and brackets to replace down the road but nothing that has to be done.. The door as you can see is just fine. I began to just do some clean up work Cruise control head but other parts removed sometime in the past NYS inspected June 2010. All wipers work power locks antenna vent windows all work. Has air and works but needs recharge >didnt put a new belt on when others were replaced. Car comes with many other items. Please remember so no disappointmets this is a driver ... the worst feeling for someone who purchases from an online auction is when the car arrives and it less than thought of. I just want to protect the buyer and not paint a picture that this is a Barrett/ Jackson type I have at least 12.5k invested but moving to a condo and just no room at this time.
