Vehicle Detail

1991 BMW 850I - 112,000kms, Automatic transmission, Fully loaded This vehicle has been garage kept and is off road every winter. Runs well with lots of power and is in very good shape. No rust, no accidents. The car is not from Japan – was manufactured in Germany. There is a couple digits fading on the computer that is normal on these cars. There is a 6 pack CD sound system. History – The car was bought in Ontario, Canada. The first car owner sold it to a friend of mine in the mid 90’s and was move to Alberta and then to BC, Canada where it is now. I bought the car 2 years ago. The vehicle has been regularly serviced. An enhanced exhaust and wheel package was done by the former owner. If you are buying to import into the U.S. please ensure that you know how to import. The vehicle has been approved for use in Canada and there is likely a DOT approval required and possible import duties which will be at the cost of the buyer. Call 250 495-7123 with questions On Jul-14-10 at 05:47:26 PDT, seller added the following information:For US buyers - you will need a DOT approval for shipping to the US. From what i understand the car needs to go to a BMW dealer and they do the certification - I could arrange for this but you are probably looking at about $500 for this (i don't know for sure on this amount but will find out today). Also, I live on a border town so your shipping is basically from the border. Please only bid if you are serious about purchasing the car and will go through the process to get the car to the US. It's probably only a day extra but there is the cost at BMW that you need to factor in.On Jul-14-10 at 08:45:53 PDT, seller added the following information:US Buyer Update - I have been trying to research moving the car into the US at the request of some e-mails. It seems the easiest way is to contact a US customs broker that will arrange for moving the car into the US and arrange shipping. I can refer the winning buyer to a customs broker or google "oroville wa customs broker" The border town on the US side where I live is Oroville, Washington. I live in Osoyoos, BC
