VERY nice 1967 Corvair for sale. I recently drove this car on an 800 mile road trip, and it performed FLAWLESSLY. Many custom touches, including ORIGINAL Fitch body parts and Yenko suspension. Other performance upgrades include Wilwood front disk brake conversion and a performance cam. Mileage is original. Originally a Georgia car so there is virtually NO RUST. Specs below: Drivetrain: 110 motor with aftermarket performance cam 4-speed manual trans, clutch is perfect Custom headers and glasspack mufflers Suspension/Brakes: Wilwood front disk brake conversion Yenko sway bars front and rear Quick ratio steering arms for faster steering response Body: ORIGINAL Fitch roof extension ORIGINAL front and rear spoilers $3000 custom paint job done in 2007. Interior: Brand new carpeting installed this month Aftermarket wood steering wheel Aftermarket radio and amp are installed but not wired Documentation: Comes with original dealer sales receipt, owner's manual, protecto-plate and other original paperwork. Title is clear. The good: NO rust that I can see 100% Solid floors and frames NEW suspension and steering components Beautiful paint, stripes are PAINTED and not vinyl. Tires and brakes are like new. Runs exceptional, has a nice lope from the performance cam and moves very well on the highway. Handles great on twisty roads and highways. The bad: Slight paint cracking exists around spoilers, due to vibration. Easily fixed. Seats have some tearing from age but are generally in good condition. Dash has a couple of cracks but again, generally in good shape Some slop in the shifter, I'll likely fix it before it sells but I'm listing it here in case I don't get to it. It's a fairly simple adjustment. Heater and vintage aftermarket tachometer not functional, again fairly simple repairs. The condition of this car is better than average for one it's age. Has some minor issues as described above and is not a show car, but it will NOT disappoint - especially for the price.
