2004 Honda VFR Interceptor 800 FI I can't begin to tell you how CLEAN this bike is, especially considering that the bike is 6 years old and a rocket. It's never been down, the Italian Red paint on this bike is flawless. It is 99% stock, the only modifications on it are the addition of heated hand grips, and chrome end caps on those grips. It's got 11,977 adult ridden miles. Great little touring bike and comfortable riding position. If your looking for something a little more comfortable than a GSX-R or a CBR but still want the power of a sport bike this is for you. It has a 800 cc fuel-injected V-TEC 4 cylinder engine, all scheduled maintenance has been performed by my local Honda dealer. Being fuel injected it starts up right away, no need to adjust anything for a smooth idle, and is ready to ride right away. It's had about 500 miles put on it this season so it is simply ready to ride the rest of the summer. I simply need to sell it to pay for going back to school. I have full documentation for all maintenance done to this bike. Also to the winning bidder I will give with the bike, an Unopened repair manual ($50 new) a storage / rain cover, and a BMW Plug, which goes from the bikes power outlet to a standard 12 - volt car adapter so you can run GPS or charge your cell phone etc. The tires are 1 season old, and I have receipts for installation and purchase of them, so you should be able to ride several more seasons on the rubber. The bike is washed and waxed once a week even if its not ridden. Have no worries with this bike you will not find one in better condition. Also, the bike is classified by Progressive (they have the best rates for full coverage) and other insurance companies as a "Sport - Touring" bike and is only about $200 a season to ride with full coverage.
