Vehicle Detail

Check out my YouTube video below for a better look into this Trans Am.... I bought this car about 5 years ago from the original owner (a woman in her 50's) with 40k miles. The car was in impeccable shape then, and not much has changed. I drove this car to and from work practically every day for 5 years. The commute was highway 40 miles each way. Everyone thought I was crazy, and many suggested I buy something more fuel efficient. But driving this Trans Am on the highway is like a dream. The Engine is completely unmolested (stock) with the exception of a K&N air intake. I did this, because my mechanic told me this is the best way to preserve an automobile. I had intentions of keeping this car forever. The car has absolutely no dents. It was cleaned frequently. It very rarely had any additional passengers besides myself in the time that I have owned it. Every oil change was either on time or early and I always used synthetic. Always! The break pads all around are recent, and i just had a full tune up done to the engine to ensure a great transaction with the buyer. I have the receipts to prove the tune up, also the shop welcomes any buyer to call in and check. However, the second you tap the gas, you'll have no doubt that this car was just given a full tune up. It drives better and more powerful than I ever remember. The car was NEVER raced or beaten. The condition of the vehicle itself should confirm this for you. The car comes fully loaded with all of the factory options for the year. Leathercd player (With PREMIUM factory sound)Chrome WheelsTinted T-tops (rarely used)rear spoilerfactory side skirtsFog LightsLumbar seats (Both driver and passenger)etc... Other Upgrades:Big Block Ram Air hood. (cost $1500 after professional paint and installation) You will also receive the original hood as well.Flowmaster muffler with custom Big Boy exhaust tips (sounds deep and throaty, many compliments)2002 oem Tail Lights (paid $500 direct from the dealership)K&N long arm air filterLegal Window TintClear Front Corner LensesKeyless entry/AlarmI spent many hours pampering this car. I was always a Very Proud owner. This car turns heads every single time I drive it. (seriously) So if you're not looking to draw a lot of attention on the road, this probably isn't the car for you. People always want to ask me about it, or invite me to join their car clubs. etc. The very minor flaws:drivers side window needs a regulator ($100 to have a professional do it. Less if you are capable yourself)Driver side plastic bezel around the window buttons has a little broken tab. Could be replaced for ($10-$15 from ebay) if you're a perfectionist.Passenger side fender has a little clear coat peeling. It's not noticeable as the car is white. But I'm a very genuine seller, so no secrets. This car is so close to mint. I've never seen a Trans Am of this year that is even close to the condition of mine. Now that these are discontinued, I'm sure an enthusiast is going to be VERY thrilled to get their hands on this car. And I regretfully have no choice but to sell it due to personal circumstances. If you live locally, I encourage you to come and check this vehicle out. Arrange for your mechanic to take a look. No secrets here!! I'd just really love to see this car end up with someone that'll appreciate it like I always did, as corny as it may sound. I'm also willing to talk with any interested party on the phone. So if you have any questions what so ever, simply send over your phone # and I will call you as soon as possible. I would like to sell this car locally. The car is for sale locally, so if it does in fact sell, I reserve the right to pull down this listing without notice. If you are however not local, You will have to arrange the shipping of this car. I am not familiar with shipping cars, but I will assist you the best I can. I will require a 500.00 deposit within 48 hours of auction end, unless it can be picked up before then. Full payment will need to be made before shipping (if needing to be shipped). If the deposit is not made within 3 days, I reserve the right to relist the car. Look around, see what others are asking (and in some cases getting) for 6 cylinder firebirds with more miles, less options, and in much rougher shape. Someone is going to walk away with one hell of a deal here. Thank you! and good luck!On Jul-08-10 at 15:50:07 PDT, seller added the following information: busyboom Store
