You are bidding on a 1999 Toyota Camry in great running condition. This car has been in the family for a while. I believe my sister was the second owner and I bought it from her the earlier part of this year for my son who was finishing his last year of college in DeKalb, IL. He has since graduated and purchased a new Toyota Camry as a graduation present. When I first got the car, there was no reverse on the transmission so I had another transmission put in with around 40,000 miles on it. The odometer reads 244,000 with most of the miles coming from my sister who drove over an 1 ½ hour to get to work everyday in Rockford, IL. In addition to the transmission, I also put on new front struts and mounts on the front with new outer tie rods on each side. This car can use a set of rear struts now. Other than that, the car is in very good condition but the interior could use a good shampoo. The tires are fairly new and the body is good with the exception of a few scuffs and a very small dent on the rear passenger side (see photo) which are normal for a car of this age.
