1992 Suzuki GSF 400 Bandit This is a mostly original bike that runs well and is ready to ride. This Suzuki is a nice example of a naked crotch rocket that was made in a small displacement, but has much larger bike power and handling. It has an in-line water cooled four cylinder 400cc engine that revs to 14,000 rpm and develops 59 horse power. An external frame (similar to a Ducati), and a six speed transmission allow it to bend into curves with the best of them. The front and rear hydraulic disc brakes bring it quickly to a halt when needed. This bike has 12,000 plus miles on it and although I'm not the original owner, every indication is that the odometer is the original and working correctly. Everything works on this bike. The only things that have been changed are the grips and the handlebar ends. The paint is good except for a couple of scratches on the tank (see photo). the scratches are only in the paint and are not dents. The seat has the original cover with no rips or worn areas. There is some light surface corrosion in some areas, but nothing that couldn't easily be buffed out. The exhaust is solid and original. It will need tires soon, but I thought the buyer would prefer to buy the style and tread that they want. The alloy rims have some of the white paint missing. It has a clear Michigan title. The buyer will need to pick the bike up locally or arrange with me before the sale to determine an additional cost for crating and/or shipping.
