Please check all the pictures, I purchased this LOW MILE (78,426 actual) one family owned pickup back in 2006 and proceeded to restore the truck. The truck had been purchased NEW by a friends grandfather who passed away and it was then put up for sale by my friends father. The only thing that was rusty were the areas over the top of the rear wheel openings in the box. I purchased a totally rust free box out of Texas and replaced it. The truck was then sent to the body shop for paint and while at the body shop the truck was media blasted to remove all the old peeling clear coat/base coat. It was then base/cleared with Viper Red. I then put the truck back together added a nice set of aluminum wheels, new tires, new carpet, mats, and a rubber bed mat. This truck was maintained extremely well from day one. It runs and drives just great! It has air and cruise too! The 318 V8 runs smooth, and the heater works SUPER. It is stored inside winters and has only seen use as a recreational vehicle and was used when we moved. There are NUMEROUS spare parts with the truck from years of restoring /parting out Mopars. Included is a new cab window (see picture of the bed area its wrapped in a sheet), tailights, grille, wiring, etc. Just after finishing the truck I was forced to leave it on the driveway for 5 days and the neighbor kid shot the windshield with a BB gun. The BB chip is now a crack. There are also a few DINGS in the top of the hood from ???? We are not sure ? The truck is available for pickup only in Cedar Falls, Iowa 50613. Im roughly 2 hours from Des Moines. This is a clean low mile truck that shows very well and has a lot of miles left to go. My opening bid doesnt even come close to my overall investment, however, too many vehicles force this sale.
