A total frame off restoration. Every nut and bolt was removed and we got down to bare metal everywhere. This car was complete and running before we took it apart. The restoration is at least 80% complete. Most of the bodywork is done. The metal panels have been almost finished. Only a bit of spot glazing left there. Powerplant is done. We custom built a balanced 427. It has almost no miles- engine has only been test driven. 10:1 compression. Dual quad induction system. Complete serpentine conversion including AC, complete Flowmaster dual exhaust system installed, custom built 700R4 transmission, 4 wheel disk brakes, positrack high torque differential, all new suspension, and Weld wheels with hub caps. All mentioned so far are already installed. I have most of the parts needed to finish the car. This includes all metal panels, rechromed front and rear bumpers, mirrors, door handles, headlight rings and side mirror, new bumper bolts, new Be Cool radiator, new MSD 6AL ignition system with matching MSD distributor (installed), new compressor, new condensor, used evaporator box, new Edelbrock air cleaner assembly for 427 (missing wing nuts and threaded rods, so far), all wiring harnesses, wiper motor and transmission, wipers, brake booster, battery tray, new line lock valve, new master killer switch, fan shroud for radiator, upper radiator core support, radiator support, fuel tank and straps, horn, new firewall pad and fasteners, interior air distribution box and blower motor, new complete set of body bushings, and new under dash pad. The floor pans and the trunk floor, as well as the interior metal of the body, has been restored and has very little rust; they are very very solid. Metal has beed replaced as necessary. Very little left to do there. Again, almost completed are the quarter panels, fenders, hood, trunk deck and hinges. Plastic was kept to a minimum everywhere. Hood hinges are new. Already painted and ready to go are the rear apron, rear side marker grills, front bumper filler, headlamp doors, upper core radiator support, and hood pin. I have the complete convertible top assembly with rain gutters and hardware, inner front wheel wells (rears are installed), front grill, all chrome and stainless moldings, all bumper brackets, all glass for windows, all window regulators and hardware, all cranks and locks and door latch assemblies, new paint gasket set, and all original hardware. The drivers side quarter panel has been modified. Very tastefully, 1.75" was removed around the wheel well in order to accomodate wide tires. Inner fender was modified as well. The other quarterpanel needs to be done, or drivers side quarter put back to stock, depending on your preference. For the interior I have appropiate front bucket seats and all needed to redo them. This includes new foam, new seat springs, new spring sets for seats and seatbacks, new plastic seat backs, new set of canvas to reupholster buckets (4 pieces), and canvas to redo headrests. I also have old front bench and rear bench. inside door panels, inside rear side panels, front kick panels, complete new console kit with light panel, new seat belts for front and back, new 3 large and 2 small vents, new carpet, new steering wheel, ash trays and lamp harness, visor brackets and visors, dash (it is cracked and in 2 pieces), rear view mirror, 2 JBL speakers (installed in doors), large JBL EL series bazooka tube, JBL GTQ360 amplifier, head unit (missing detachable face plate so far), and steering column with column shift. I also want to list what I do not have, or needs replacement. This includes a speedometer, canvas for convertible top, headrests for bucket seats, master brake cyclinder, face for radio, windshield, radiator fan and AC hoses.
