This is a 1972 Super Beetle project car. Has a running motor and working transmission. Typical body rust around the vents behind the quarter windows. Passngers side floor and heat channel are fine however the drivers side floor will need replaced. The drivers side heat channel has a plate riveted on. I would also say that this should be replaced or atleast had something welded on. Hood and decklid are nice. Fenders are useable with the worst being the passenger front.The car is not driveable as is due to the brake line rusting off behind the firewall. The brakes were functional prior to this happening. All glass is good and all electrical worked when I checked it earlier this year however the battery is dead. It has some nice seats. There is no radio or door panels. The motor smokes a little when first starting up but idles nice after it warms up. The transmission goes into all gears. The clutch cable popped off the pedal and after I put it back on the pedal now falls toward the drivers seat. It still works you just have to lift it off the floor. I have been moving the car around the garage/yard whenever I need to. This car would make a nice project. I bought it a couple years ago for the engine and have it registered with historic tags. They are expiring this month and I just would like to see the car go to something who can use it. Will need to be trailered or dollied away.
