**Updated** Hello, I decided to sell my 2003 Ford Focus SVT edition. The SVT is in limited production model for the focus. Ford teamed with cosworth and came up with the SVT Focus, It was the fastest factory-made Focus to date. I believe that for the year 2003 only 2,135 5-door SVT focuses were produced. So these are extremely hard to come and find in good shape. The car has 92,215miles that are well documented. Below is the story on the car: First I am going to say that this car is NOT raced, modded, rusty, beat up, reconstructed or anything like that! It is completely stock. 92K 170hp zetec 2.0L 4 cylinder that has a getrag 6 speed Manual Transmission that was well taken care of. I purchased this car from the orginal owner who was a 60yr old Ford SVT euthanized who had and stored many different Ford SVT automobiles. This car was garaged kept since new and is in very NICE shape. I was lucky enough to find come across this car at the right time.. He wanted to make more room in his garage and the 5 door svt was the next to be sold. Anyway, when I purchased this car he gave me EVERY signal recipt(even the oil changes) that was done to this car since new as well as the orgnial window sticker and articals about the SVT Focus. Everything that was done to this car was done by Certified Ford Dealership. The new parts that were installed are front struts, rear shocks, o2 sensors, brand new battery(2weeks old), fuel system tune up(recommend at 60K), stabilizer bar, sway bar links, wheel berrings, coolant flush/brake fluid flush(recommend at 60K), Windshield(because of a stone), Both foglights(they starting leaking in 2006) and themostat. The car is currently inspected until 2/11. It runs and shifts great. No shakes, rattles or anything. The clutch is great no slipping at all. It is currently my daily driver so the milage might be a little bit higher upon pickup. I get a reliable 27mpg with this car. No mechanical problems at all. Pretty much ever whatever the dealership recommend was done to the car and being that the previous owner wanted to keep the car is the best of shape he got whatever they said done. The cons on this car aren't really much however, two of the wheels have minor folds in them(a common focus problem) and I would get better tires before the winter time. There are a few dings/minor dents in the car as well but nothing major.. The drivers door has a dent towards the bottom because of a shopping cart, the headlights could use a buffing.. The car doesn't leak any oil at all and I just got the oil changed on it. Everything else is in good working shape. I will get the car completely detailed this week so I will be updating the pictures. I vacuumed the car a few weeks ago but it should be done again, Anyway, the car will look the best as it can upon pick-up. Other than that the car has all the "goodies" on it. They include: 4 disc brakes, heated mirrors, power mirrors, windows, seats, cruise control, signal cd, RARE HID headlamps, pwr moonroof, foglights, solar tinted glass, 17" svt wheels, SVT Induction and exhaust, side airbages, leather/cloth seats. **The car has etched glass as well, so you will recieve a discount on insurance I have the paper** What is glass etching? Glass etching is the abrading or roughening of a piece of glass in selected areas in order to produce a design. It is a way to produce a “frosted” design on the surface of a piece of glass, but it is much more than that! It can also be used to carve a design deep into the glass or to produce a shaded design that looks like delicate airbrushing but is permanently etched in the glass. Using the same equipment and techniques, it is also possible to etch or carve on stone, ceramic or wood, and even to etch designs on metal! So pretty much if your car is ever stolen it makes it ALOT harder for the thiefs to cover their trail.. Overall, you will not be disapointed in this SVT focus. I tried explaining everything in detail and as best as I could. My reserve price is much lower than the book values.. This car is ready to be driven anywhere!
