For your consideration- 1980 Chevrolet Corvette. The title says that this car was originally purple in color and the previous owner repainted it blue. It needs a new paint job, but is suitable as is. Drives great. I bought this car last August, thinking that I would have the time to restore this car to what I wanted: A two toned dark grey over black vette. My wife just got a job a hour away and we are moving from our house with a carriage barn to one with two garage spaces. I no longer have the space to store this car and as such, I am selling it. The only mechanical issue I can see is that the car hesitates in first or second gear. The previous owner told me it was a carborator problem. My mechanic seems to think that it is moisture in the gas lines, so I have added dry gas and also had my mechanic replace several hoses going into the radiator. Finally, I have replaced all spark plugs. This car just needs to be driven, but I have neither the time nor the space to store this car. I am selling the car "as is" with no warranties, since I am not mechanically inclined. As always, any questions, please ask. I am adding what I would consider a pretty reasonable "BUY IT NOW" price, in case anyone wants to just end the auction and take the car. I have also lowered the reserve price in order to ensure that this car sells. Again, I try to be honest and the "BUY IT NOW" price is actually about $400 less then I paid for the car last summer. Its a nice car that needa a little work, but will make its future owner really happy. I just don't have the storage ( or a wife who likes her driveway to look like a used car lot) to keep this car. As I have said in the description, if I were not moving, I would be n the process of restoring this great car!
