I am selling a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado "Classic" 1500 HD Crew Cab 4x4. I am the second owner of this truck. As of Saturday, June 19, 2010, the truck has 41,884 miles on it. I purchased this vehicle from Piles Chevrolet in Williamstown, Kentucky in late November of 2008 with approximately 30,500 miles on it. The truck was "GM Certified" when I purchased it. This means the original 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty was extended to 4 years, 48,000 miles. The warranty is still active for this truck. The truck was originally purchased in February of 2007 from Kent Chevrolet in Evansville, Indiana. Please take the time to read over all parts of my description before bidding. The old flares were a porous plastic that took away from the truck's looks. I reserve the right to end the auction early if the truck sells here locally. Also, as stated above, the truck is under manufacturer's warranty. I am unsure if this warranty would transfer to a new owner. Due to the aggressive tread pattern on the new tires, there are a few small rock chips behind each front wheel (this is the main reason I added the step bars was to help protect the rocker panels from further rock chips). On October 31, 2009, this truck had some minor vandalism while sitting in my driveway. Ordinarily, the truck is kept in the garage unless being driven. Due to a Halloween party and my garage being a mess, I left the truck in the driveway overnight. The next morning the tailgate had been "keyed" or scratched and the taillights were broken. I did file a police report so it may or may not show up on a Carfax as "Damage reported." Even if it doesn't show up, I am being upfront and honest to anyone interested in this vehicle. The damage was fixed at Hagedorn's Collision Center in New Albany, Indiana. And, FYI, they did catch the little a**holes who did this and it turns out they damaged over 30 vehicles that night.
