I surprised my wife with a beautiful new car ! And she wasn't the least bit interested, in fact , the old '92 Camry served her well and was what she wanted. But I pressed on, pushing her to let go and enjoy the new car. Well, a little to soon, the Accord's size and mirror positions and God knows what else annoyed her. And then, there was the tiny scraping on a big truck tire that removed the paint and scratched up the front fender. A small, no structual damage, just superficial. So I turned it into the Insurance Co, it is recorded on the Car Fax, Auto Check, etc service. To their credit, in fact. But it was a very minor thing. I took the brand new car, (now front fender damaged) to one of the best shops in Orange County. They paint Benzs and Lexus, and brand new Hondas. The tech was very careful to blend in the new replaced fender panel, and I believe his attention to detail and craftsmanship is as good as, if not better than new. needless to say, she doesn't want to drive it now. It has become a point of contention for us and we need to sell it. The low miles indicated are true, I have the recpts from the Auto Body shop, it is, for all it is, a brand new car.
