Up for auction is a 1967 Ford Thunderbird. it is a 2 door hard top. 390 v/8 automatic. It has a black interior with front bucket seats, and rear wrap around seat. Back seat looks great. Front seats are good except seat bottom inserts need replacing. The previous owner started to tear the car down partially to check for rust areas. From what i can tell all outside trim was removed, along with interior door panels, outside door handles, side windows, etc. The body on this car is unreal. Please look at the photos. Previous owner started cutting in paint on many areas. the car does not have a vinyl top and the black color you see is paint. the rest of the body looks to be gray primer of sorts. ITEMS NEEDED: the car does NOT have a gas tank. as it was the only item bad on the car. Previous owner discarded it. it also has a crack in the front windshield. I have had the car running off a gas can but it runs ruff. It has been sitting for a number of years inside and out, and it will probably need a carb, tune up, etc. I have new points, and solenoid. The car is located about 15 miles south of Lexington,Ky. in Wilmore. The winning bidder may leave the car here for 30 days after auction is complete. Can work with you if longer is needed.
