This is a 2000 Buick Lesabre with a 3800 Series II V-6. I bought the car for my daughter and she drove it for a couple years. It developed a knock in the engine. It runs but will need to be transported with a flat bed or tow truck by the winner of the auction. I thought about putting a rebuilt engine in but dont have the time. I think it might have a spun cam bearing but cant be positive. The buyer must be aware that it will probably need an engine. Book value on the car is around 3000.00, so if your willing to put a motor in you will have a great vehicle. The rest of the car is in good to excellant condition except for a scrape by the right rear door. Everything works on the car except it needs two rear power window regulators. Rides beautifully and has no other issues. I just put four brand new tires on it as well as all new brake pads and new rotors. Rebuilt short blocks run about 1500.00 or if you prefer a junk yard motor you can get one much cheaper. All and all a great vehicle for the handy man without a lot of stress in the pocket book.
