The car is located in Calexico, CA (122 miles East of San Diego). This auction is for a used well crafted and mechanically reliable at last 1997 Jaguar Vanden Plas in green color. I bought the car with a salvage title due to a driver’s side collision as per the attached picture, however, the car was repaired two years ago by a professional body shop and I have driven the car daily since then. The car has 96,000 highway miles and is in good mechanical and electrical condition for its age. This car is a perfect blend of heritage and technology. A straight six that hauls like a V-8. The 4-liter, 245-horsepower, 24-valve, in-line, 6-cylinder engine is rather energetic considering the weight (4,100 pounds) it has to pull.
