For sale is this very nice 1969 Mercedes 300SEL 2.8L. Only 1900 of these cars were produced with the 2.8L. A couple of items to make note of are as follows: Interior: Overall interior is in very good original condition. There is a small crack in the leather door panel (see picture) and a very small hairline crack over the instrument panel. Headliner is in pristine condtion Instrument panel is in perfect working order Becker radio is in working order including the power antenna Turn signal, wipers, dash lights, and turn signal in working order Heat blows hot Air conditioning blows, but needs to be recharged Leather is in excellent orginal condition Wood trim is intact, and could use a re-finish Exterior: Overall the exterior is in very good condition. There is no signs of previous damage, or repairs. Chrome looks good with no signs of rust. One very small bubble on the passenger side rear bottom door; other than that, the car is a true rust free California car. The car was professionally painted at some point in the past, and looks good Tires are less than 200 miles old All exterior lighting is in perfect working order Engine/Misc: Recent tune-up completed less than 200 miles ago Air suspension works as it should, and does lower after 24 hours Transmission shifts smooth Brakes are in good working order This is not a concourse car, but a fun weekend driver, that shows very well.
