Vehicle Detail

Rare unrestored 1967 Chevrolet Super Sport 350 Camaro. This survivor SS350 Camaro is still a real head turner. I haven't ever been able to pull it out of the garage to rinse it off without someone stopping to chat about it and get a closer look. Built the first week of November 1966 in Van Nuys, California, everyone who stops is always amazed at all of the options this baby came with from the factory. 4 Piston Front Disc Brakes(Z23) Custom Deluxe Interior with Bucket Seat Headrests (How many 1967 Camaros have you seen with factory headrests?)Tinted GlassPower WindowsFold-Down Rear SeatAir Conditioning4-speed floor shifterCenter ConsoleL48 SS 35012-Bolt Posi Rear EndTilt Steering WheelSpeed SensorThe really great thing about thing about this SS 350 is you can take it as far as you want with regard to restoration. Of course, you could do a complete frame-off restoration or just give it some TLC since it is not a pasture rust bucket. Any rust is minor, except the center trunk pan due to a leaky trunk weatherstrip (common issue). The shock towers and floor pan appear to be solid. To my knowledge (I have owned the car for 26 years and have have been familiar with it for 35 years), the motor has never been out of the engine bay, does not smoke (although plenty old enough), and the Muncie 4-speed transmission has been professionally rebuilt. Both exhaust manifold gaskets need to be replaced as they leak. The original color was Butternut Yellow with a black vinyl top. Please e-mail me through eBay with any questions, and if you are really serious I will provide my contact phone numbers. Of course, you are welcome to inspect the car personally by appointment. I also will be happy to store the car free of charge (upon full payment) until pick-up arrangements can be made. The Camaro is 43 years old and is being sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. Thank you for your interest.
