This is the second car I've sold on eBay and I believe honesty to be the reason I sold the last one. So to be up front the reason we're selling this car is because the transmission started to slip last week. It still drives under it's own power, but it is for certain significantly worse. That being said, I can give no garuntee how far this will drive under its own power. I had to put it into gear, take it out of gear, and put it back in just to back it out of the garage to take pictures. It's a shame because this car despite its years and miles was consistently pulling 26-28mpg on the highway commuting me back and forth to work (40 miles one way). I cannot say that it will drive under its own power much longer, the transmission will definitely need some attention. Beyond the transmission, here is what else you should know about the car: There are a few small dents on the hood and roof. Paint is starting to fade (just the clearcoat is starting to peel) on both the front and rear bumpers. The front driver's side turn signal lens is cracked and there's a scrape along the side of the fender as well as a dent. We believe it to have been the victim to a hit and run when we had to park it on the street at a previous house. The driver's side side-view mirror is cracked. There is significant rust at the bottom rocker panel at the rear driver's side quarter panel. You may also notice the door mold-trim is missing on this side. For whatever reason the passenger's side is in better shape. There is small surface rust just below the gas tank door. Since the new year here are the parts we put into this thing: New plugs, wires and fuel filter. We also put in a new fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator and new valve cover gasket. The tires have more than 50% tread left on them. With the exception of replacing a leaky fuel injector and alternator between 2007 and 2008, this car has seen minimal work on the motor itself. It runs like a champ and barely burns but a 1/4 qt between oil changes. In all honesty I have my doubts about this selling, but it's at least worth a shot. Buyer is responsible for the removal of the car.
