We purchased it at a dealers only insurance auction...It was listed as a RUN & DRIVE ,with very little damage to it....The damage was repaired and a new title applied for from the state...It now has a ( RECONSTRUCTED TITLE )...It was involved in a light rear end collision...Which completely damaged only the rear bumper...and bent the short part of the rear frame that the bumper bolts to.... Repairing and straightening ( a section which is about 18 inches long) was necessary in order to properly bolt up and install a new rear bumper and bracket assembly....This bend in the section of the frame also put a slight bend in the rear back section of the floor of the bed...This required only a minor effort to straighten...The truck was a run and drive when we bought it....and actually after we removed the rear bumper....drove the truck for a little over 600 miles with no problems ,before we fixed it...The truck is really super nice, with low mileage...the down side is of course when a new vehicle is involved in and accident...and a salvage title issued to the insurance company...the manufacturer voids their warranty...However the manufacturer must still honor all recalls and repair them at no cost to the owner...because that is a federal law ,which involves safety....some one is going to the a great deal in this...NO RESERVE AUCTION...
