Vehicle Detail

1956 Studebaker Sky Hawk 2 dr ht. Not running. Original and complete except for air breather over carb. Have everything else for the car. Clear Texas title. Original black and red paint. Interior is black and white. Real solid trunk. Some rust in lower trunk seal. On floor pan, rt front has two tiny spots starting to rust about the size of a quarter each. Solid no rust frame. Back corners of hood are bent and I hear they are reproduced. Trunk lid is sprung, needs adjustment. I have the original door panels, not bad shape. The trunk floor has rust on the surface, but is really very solid. Has the wrong tail light on right side. Some rust is starting in front fenders. Nice grille and bumpers. Driver door glass is cracked out. All four original wheel covers. Nice dash and gauges. Bad steering wheel. Headliner is bad. Manual in the floor. Not sure which trans. Could this be a 4-speed trans? If someone know about these, we'd like to hear from you. Has spare and jack. Has radio, heater, clock. Big block V8 4bbl 289 c.i. 225 hp @4800 rpm with 300 ft. pounds of torque. Dual points, dual exhaust. No power options. Has been parked many years. Would need restoration. Very nice top, no dings or waves. Rt side qtr panel is very fixable, otherwise a pretty straight Stude. Sky Hawk was a one-year only model, 3610 total were made. Location is Oklahoma City area, Mustang, OK 73064.
