You are bidding on a red 1989 Honda Hawk GT with 15,346 miles. This auction starts at $99 and has no reserve! The motorcycle is factory original except for the custom Corbin seat cover (original seat is available). The title is in my hands, clear, and the motorcycle is ready to ride. This Hawk starts crisp and runs strong, loves the curves, and gets a lot of attention. Some specifics about the Honda Hawk GT: 647 CC V-twin engine ELF single swing-arm design Very few Hawk GT's produced, cult status among enthusiasts Specific highlights about THIS Hawk GT: Custom Corbin seat cover Less than 3K miles on tires Less than 3K on rebuilt front forks New front brake pads New Honda OEM front fender, headlight, reflectors Recent oil change and chain service New battery Still has original tool kit under the seat although not in original case For collectors, I have kept all factory original take-off pieces and those would be available if desired, including: Tires Seat (small tear, can be recovered) Headlight assembly Fender Rear reflector The Hawk is in great condition but is not perfect. The tank has two minor chips in the red paint on the left side, very small (the tank has no dents). The tank paint color (original) and front fender (OEM replacement) are bright red and look great like new, the seat cowl is a little faded from the sun. An OEM seat cowl already painted red is available directly from Honda for about $300. The front forks were rebuilt but the aluminum exterior has some discoloration. The motorcycle was just inspected here in North Carolina and is registered and on the road. I ride it occasionally for fun and to keep it in regular riding condition. Because it is used, I am selling the motorcycle "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied.
