THE PREVIOUS OWNER BROUGHT IT BACK FOR THE AIR SUSPENNSION/SELF LEVVELING REAR SUSPENSION LIGHT COMING ON, AND THE DEALER TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO LOCATE THE PROBLEM, SO BMW BOUGHT IT BACK. BEFORE BMW OF NORTH AMERICA SOLD IT, THEY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AND SIGNED OFF ON IT. WE HAVE THE PAPERWORK TO SHOW THAT. THE TITLE WILL ALSO SHOW THE MANUFACTURER'S BUYBACK. IT WAS SIMPLY AN ISSUE OF TESTING NUMEROUS POINTS, AND FINALLY THEY FOUND THE AIR PUMP FOR THE SUSPENSSION TO BE FAULTY, SO THEY REPLACED IT.
