1993 Honda Civic SiR EG6 hatchback, JDM, RHD (right-hand drive) You will not come across a car like this for sale very often! This is not a swap, the entire car was imported from Japan. I purchased the vehicle in 2005 from a retailer in Omaha, NE (original Japanese title and JDM VIN plate are included with this sale). The car has a legal US salvage title and in place of a VIN # it has a Vehicle ID number, which is 052389905238026NE. (NOTE: US salvage title lists year as 1994, but it is originally a 1993 model EG6). Mileage upon purchashing the car in 2005 was 86,182 miles (138,698 km). Milage today is 101,643 miles (163,579 km). Please note that "mileage" on the odometer reads in kilometers. The car has been in storage during winters and the body is in great shape--no rust. The upholstery is in very good shape overall; the JDM-issue upholstery is higher quality than the US domestic version (note in the pics that the carpet has some discoloration and there are also some scuff marks on the front console). Car has had regularly-scheduled oil changes (every 3000 miles). Extensive body work has been done, as follows: - new front quarter panels - new headlights - new taillights - new hood - removal of all dents - custom paint job of entire car Features: - b16a engine - power windows (which were not standard on US domestic version) - lowered suspension - power folding mirrors - white speedometer cluster - JDM upholstery (see pics...again, much better quality fabric than the US domestic version) - CD player and AM/FM stereo - JDM rear speakers (not found in the US domestic version) - comes with Japanese registration and inspection stickers (see pics) The car is driveable but is in need of repair, as follows: - needs new water pump (currently leaks engine coolant) - needs new master brake cylinder - A/C needs to be serviced (A/C currently does not work...heater works good though) - exhaust rattles while in Reverse This vehicle is sold "as is". Full payment is due within 7 days of auction close; $500 deposit due within 48 hours of auction close. Buyer is responsible for pick-up or shipping of car.
