Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is my 1994 Lexus LS 400. I have owned this car for 4 yrs and purchased it from the second owner. It unfortunately has many war wounds on it as my wife had an accident with it by driving off the road and up an enbankment. The trunk, hood, roof and all doors have dents or dings from when the car went off the road. The rear view mirrors are broken and the bumpers have scars as well. The dashboard is also out as I was going to have someone repair it when the accident happened. The dash can be repaired for around $150 and I will give the purchaser information on where to go to get it repaired if they choose. The engine and transmission work very well. The car was my wife's daily driver until the accident. The air conditioning works as does the heater. All windows work as does the Nakamichi stereo w/ subwoofer. There is also a Sirius sattellite radio that goes with the car, however the new owner will need to initiate their own account. There is NO rust on this car! It's from the south. Tires are about 66%. The brakes, calipers and rotors are all brand new. This would make a good fixer upper or a great parts car for the engine, transmission and interior. there are no rips or tears in the leather, however it does have the usual wear for a 16 year old car. The hood is also faded badly. Sunroof works perfectly and does not leak. I will take the highest offer on this car. I can part it out for more than I'm asking for it, but I just don't have the time or place to do it, so it goes as is. Title is clear and in hand. I'm looking for a quick sale so feel free to e-mail me with an offer. Thanks and happy bidding! On May-28-10 at 12:27:56 PDT, seller added the following information: Due to the overwhelming number of questions about the car. I want to add something to the description. The instrument cluster is not attached right now. It comes with the car but is notcurrently installed. It needs to be repaired if so desired by the winner of the auction. It does have a computer chip in it that does make the car chug every now and then when you put a heavy load (step on the gas hard) on it. If you drive normally, it will be fine. It just chugs and stutters every now and then. The engine and transmission are fine. I did have tojump start the car this week, however, and if the battery doesn't want to hold a charge, I will discount the car $50 in consideration of the battery replacement. I ran the car for about an hour and then started it an hour later. It started right up. People, please consider that this is a 16 year old car. If it was perfect I would be asking alot more for the car. It needs work. Or would make a great parts car or fixer upper. BTW. Air conditioning blows ice cold! Tires are probably more like 50% not 66%. I will provide a clear title in hand to the purchaser when presented payment in full in cash orcertified funds only! Good luck. I hope this answers many of the questions that are being asked of me.
