1969 Porsche 911E Restoration Project with original paint. I have had quite a bit of auto-body experience and I can confidently say that the paint is all original and there was never any body-work or a respray. It will require metal repair in the typical areas, see pictures for details. Someone began work on the rocker panels, but only prep work, nothing has been welded yet. The doors, fenders and hood all look as if they were never removed. Other than the interior being removed, a fairly unmolested car with a lot of potential. The engine does turnover, but I never had it running. Vin #: 119220847 Engine #: 6291675 Transmission #: 7196624 Numbers appear to be matching according to "A Restorer's Guide to Authenticity" by Dr. B. Johnson. I bought the car from Ohio about 3 years and planned on restoring it, but never got around to it. Car is sold as is, where is. I can assist with shipping.
