This is a relist for the 3rd time due to previous buyers not being able to come up with the funds to finalize the transaction . This is very frustrating, but here we go again. You are viewing the auction for my prized 1985 BMW M6. If you are reading this description, you are likely to know something about these rare cars. I bought the car in the Fall of 2001...flew to Boston...drove the car 17 hours to Indiana. It was an exciting and enjoyable drive giving me the amazing thrill of knowing that I purchased something special. The drive was problem free and no issues were detected with the mechanics of the car. How many euro M6 cars do you find in the United States in original, unmolested condition? The rarity and condition of this car make it perfect for the collector or enthusiast. The car is a low mileage European model with exceptionally nice white painted exterior and tan leather interior. I believe that it is the original paint in very nice shape with only a minor rust spot. The interior is in excellent shape with only the driver's seat bolster having been replaced due to wear. This car is VERY ORIGINAL. In early 2002 I took it to my BMW only mechanic and had him check the car out front -to-back. Very little was found to be done, but the bill still came to $1153 for parts and labor. For serious buyers, I will be happy to send a copy of the invoice for your review. The car is beautiful with no real rust issues or body damage. The wheels are original metric and the tires have 70% tread remaining. Brakes, Exhaust, and suspension is all solid with no needs. As of this writing the car has NO NEEDS to my knowledge except to have fluids changed and tires checked out because they are old. The tread is good and I see no cracks in the tires, but they are old and should be checked out before embarking on a long trip The car has been properly stored for several years in an indoor heated facility when not in use and is currently stored at the mechanics facility.
